The service supports the owner from selecting furnishings to their installation in the apartment, with an MGM contact coordinating the entire process.

For those who want to rent out their property

For those who want to live in their own home
Furnishings that combine efficiency, practicality and beauty, with attention to comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. A pleasant home designed for owners who wish to live in it themselves.
For those who want bespoke furnishings
For the bespoke option, Varvara Paluyan accompanies clients to Contract District Group, MGM’s trusted partner based in Milan and also operating in Cape Verde. This option is for those who want personalised furnishings for their home.

Predefined options, with or without accessories
The first two packages are based on predefined furnishing proposals. For either package, clients can choose furniture only or a complete furnishing solution with accessories.
This choice concerns the items included in the supply. Bespoke customisation is reserved for the third package.
An all-inclusive service, through to installation
For those choosing MGM’s furnishing service, the proposal includes supply, shipping to Cape Verde, customs clearance and installation in the apartment, including VAT.
MGM handles the entire organisation: clients do not need to manage suppliers, shipments, customs formalities or installation coordination.
Finalise purchases at least four months before handover
The furnishing package and purchases must be finalised at least four months before the home is handed over, so MGM can organise procurement, shipping and installation.
Coordination and the final check
Varvara Paluyan is MGM’s contact for furnishing coordination and procurement. Before the apartment is handed over to the client, Varvara and her team check that the furnishings are complete and correctly installed.
