Three priorities. A clear real estate strategy.
When MGM acts as the developer, it focuses on three real estate priorities: transforming existing properties, realising the potential of local sites and developing prestigious homes in selected Cape Verde locations.
Restoring and adding value to existing properties.
Every scale. Every typology. The whole archipelago.
MGM assesses opportunities to refurbish and enhance the existing across all Cape Verde islands: from a single apartment to a villa, as well as buildings, residential complexes and hospitality structures viewed as real‑estate assets. Enhancement is not limited to renovation: it begins with reading the asset’s potential, to transform and reposition it.
We do not start from the typology. We start from the asset’s potential.
Land‑value enhancement.
Territory, planning, subdivision.
MGM evaluates buildable land and sizeable areas where value creation can stem from proper real‑estate and urban structuring of the asset: acquisition, planning, development plan, subdivision and progressive marketing of the lots. Enhancement can continue through the progressive monetisation of the lots, without presuming direct development of each unit.
Prestige villas.
Architecture, territory, real quality.
MGM intends to develop high‑end villas directly in selected Cape Verde locations, where architecture, landscape, privacy and living quality create a recognisable value over time. Value stems from the real quality of architecture and habitation, not from ostentation.
From opportunity to value creation.

From strategy to execution. MGM Build.
When MGM develops an operation directly, MGM Build coordinates the technical, construction and operational expertise required throughout the asset’s physical cycle.
The three strands express MGM’s strategic priorities for direct development; they do not represent a portfolio of already‑acquired operations nor a forecast of future initiatives. MGM may also assess selected operations through partnerships, co‑development, advisory or other modalities of its platform.
An asset can be the starting point.
MGM assesses real‑estate opportunities aligned with its development strands across the entire Cape Verde archipelago.
