Pedra Encantada offers nine single‑storey villas at Bofareira, in a elevated position with sea and Sal Rei views. Privacy, tranquillity and life around your own patio define the project. You can choose between three and five bedrooms, at the same price, with a private pool included and furnishings excluded.

What defines the project
Shared wellbeing
The clubhouse with lounge area and bar and the 33‑metre communal pool are reserved for the complex’s owners and are not open to the public.
Construction timeline
In October 2026 the collection of contractors’ quotations is underway, following the delivery of the construction drawings and quantity take‑offs. Commencement is planned for December 2026 with a scheduled duration of twenty months, including testing: indicative completion in August 2028, to be confirmed in the contractual documents.
Areas and spaces
How to read the villa.
In the typical five‑bedroom villa, the total of the areas listed for the main‑body rooms is approximately 191 m²: living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, pantry, entrance and hallway.
Separately: barbecue, store and WC/laundry totalling about 31 m²; covered patio about 95 m²; uncovered patio about 88 m²; water surface of the private pool about 20 m². The barbecue is an external ancillary space, not an internal room.
