Pérola da Cruz and Tropical Retreat are the first two sites identified by Marcello Gatto Monticone in the MGM journey. They illustrate the work on the ground through two forms of living: the residential complex and the detached villa.
This journey includes development, works coordination and marketing. The status of each project remains separate from results already achieved: a scheduled date does not confirm a delivery.
